What happens if I leave an item in a CabCo cab?
Don't panic! You can call your driver directly from your app's trip history within 24 hours of the ride. Alternatively, contact our 24/7 support team at supportcabco@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the driver to retrieve your lost item.
Are there cancellation fees on CabCo?
Cancellations within 5 minutes of booking are 100% free. If you cancel after the driver has arrived at your pickup location or after 5 minutes of driver dispatch, a nominal cancellation fee (₹30 - ₹50) applies to compensate the driver for fuel and time.
How does CabCo handle night travel safety?
Night rides are continuously monitored by our safety algorithms. If a vehicle stops unexpectedly for a prolonged duration or strays significantly off route, our 24/7 safety command center initiates an automated safety call to check on the rider's well-being.
Can I book a cab for a family member or friend?
Absolutely! When booking a ride on the CabCo app, you can select the "Ride for someone else" option. You just enter the passenger's name and mobile number. They will receive SMS trip updates and the required 4-digit OTP directly on their phone.
