How does CabCo verify drivers and vehicles?
Every driver partner must submit a valid Commercial Driving License, Police Clearance Verification, Vehicle Fitness Certificate, and Commercial Insurance before they can go online. In addition, our team conducts regular vehicle and document audits.
How does the 4-digit PIN OTP keep my ride safe?
When your cab arrives, share the 4-digit OTP shown in your app with the driver. The driver cannot start the trip until this code is correctly entered, ensuring you are in the exact vehicle assigned to you.
What happens if I leave an item inside a CabCo cab?
Don't worry! You can call your driver directly from your trip history in the app within 24 hours. You can also reach our 24/7 Kerala support center at support@cabco.in or +91 80 4719 3800 and our team will coordinate with the driver to safely return your item.
Can I book a cab for a friend or family member?
Yes! When booking on the CabCo App, select the "Ride for someone else" option and enter the passenger's name and mobile number. They will receive SMS trip updates and the 4-digit OTP directly on their phone.
Are there surge multipliers or hidden charges?
No unexpected surges. CabCo uses 100% upfront pricing. The fare displayed on your screen before booking is the exact price you pay at the end of the ride, keeping fares honest and fair for everyone.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support all major payment options: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit and credit cards, net banking, in-app wallet balance, or simple cash directly to your driver.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 5 minutes of booking are completely free. If a cancellation is requested after the driver has already arrived at your pickup location or after 5 minutes of dispatch, a nominal convenience fee applies to compensate the driver for fuel and time.
How do I register as a CabCo driver partner?
Download the CabCo Partner App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Upload your Commercial License, Vehicle RC, Insurance, and Bank Details. Once verified (usually within 24–48 hours), you can go online and start receiving ride requests.
