Platform Agreement & Role
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and CABCO PRIVATE LIMITED ("CabCo", "we", "us"). CabCo operates as a digital technology aggregator connecting passengers with independent commercial vehicle driver partners across Kerala. CabCo does not own vehicles or operate as a public carrier.
Transparent Fares, Tolls & Payments
All trip estimates shown in the CabCo app are upfront and transparent. The final bill reflects the actual distance, duration, and selected vehicle tier.
- Toll & Parking Charges: Actual toll plaza fees and parking tickets incurred during the ride are payable by the rider and itemized clearly on your digital receipt.
- Digital Invoices: Automated GST-compliant receipts are emailed and saved to your account immediately after trip completion.
- Payment Methods: UPI, Credit/Debit cards, net banking, or direct cash are supported transparently.
Passenger Safety & Code of Conduct
Safety is CabCo's top priority. Riders and driver partners agree to maintain professional, polite, and safe conduct throughout the ride:
- Always verify the driver's name, car model, and registration number before boarding.
- Share the secure Start-Trip OTP only after verifying your driver in person.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and abusive behavior inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.
Cancellations & Dispute Resolution
You may cancel a ride without penalty within the initial grace period before the driver arrives. In case of route disputes or fare discrepancies, our 24/7 customer support desk reviews GPS data and ride logs to ensure a fair and swift resolution.
