1. Rider Cancellation Rules
Riders can cancel any booked trip free of charge within 5 minutes of booking dispatch. If a cancellation is requested after 5 minutes or when the driver has already reached the pickup address, a nominal cancellation fee (₹30 for Mini/Sedan, ₹50 for SUV) will be charged to compensate the driver partner.
2. Refund Eligibility & Timeline
In cases of double-charge, driver no-show, or trip cancellation where payment was processed via UPI/Card, refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment account within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Driver Cancellation
If a driver cancels your trip, you will be immediately re-assigned to the nearest available driver without any penalty or extra fee.
